Bina Ashraf Kamdar, MD

Bina Kamdar, MD, is board certified in internal medicine. Dr. Kamdar earned her medical degree from Dow Medical College in Pakistan. She completed her internship at Beth Israel Medical Center in New Jersey, and her residency at the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey. Dr. Kamdar is a warm, friendly doctor, who believes strongly in preventive care. She likes to educate her patients on the benefits of good nutrition, regular exercise, and stress reduction. In her spare time, she enjoys shopping and spending time with her family. In addition to English, Dr. Kamdar speaks fluent Hindi and Urdu and is familiar with Spanish medical terms.
