- Anonymous Reviewer5 out of 5Rating 5.0November 20, 2024I'm not one to write reviews nor am I usually comfortable with seeing male physicians. But the care I received was phenomenal, I didn't feel like the Dr was rushing me, he actually took the time to listen to my needs and answer questions that I had. I've never had that with a male Dr, it truly meant the world to me.

- Anonymous Reviewer5 out of 5Rating 5.0September 30, 2023I'm new to see Dr. Oregel. He takes his time to listen which is very important to me. Respectful, courteous, very professional. I already recommended my family to Dr. Oregel.
- Anonymous Reviewer2.3 out of 5Rating 2.2September 10, 2023Dr. Orejel is neither a friendly nor engaging. He is very straightforward and totally lack empathy. I am so glad he is not my primary physician. When Dr. Garrido left the practice nearly all patients were told they were being transferred to Dr. Orejel. He prescribed antibiotics despite that I had a cold which is a viral infection. He dismissed my concerns about my dermatological issues and altogether lacked insight and empathy. Please consider replacing him with someone on par with Dr. Garrido.
- Anonymous Reviewer5 out of 5Rating 5.0September 04, 2023The doctor behaved very Professional with the case of my breast
- Anonymous Reviewer4.3 out of 5Rating 4.2August 24, 2023My doctor was great. It was my nurse and the front desk on their phone when I got there
- Anonymous Reviewer1.6 out of 5Rating 1.6August 02, 2023He didn't even listen to me. He told me to take advil and rest my arm for a few weeks, then call if it isn't getting better. This was that call because I had already done that for a month before I felt the need to call. He focused on why I wasn't taking something for the pain, instead of the actual injury. Not everyone pops pills for every ache and pain. Taking something for pain doesn't fix the problem, it just masks it. The fact that I cannot even tighten the muscle in my arm worries me a whole lot more than the pain. If it was just a strain, I would be able to tighten it. It might be painful, but I would still have some control over the muscle. I have zero control over the muscle, which is why I finally called. Again, he didn't even listen to me. He was too busy talking over me, to hear why I was concerned. He was condescending and treated me like I was an idiot. I had to hang up and try to schedule another appointment with someone else. This was just a waste of my time, meanwhile the issue is getting worse while I am waiting for another appointment with a doctor that will listen to me. I really don't like calling the doctor for anything, so when I finally do... There is a real reason that should be addressed.
- Anonymous Reviewer5 out of 5Rating 5.0July 22, 2023Once I got to KellyAnn who got me the doctor, it was great. KellyAnn immediately offered to try to get a backup Dr, and did. She was great, the doctor was great. Everyone else just wasted my time and made me furious. All they offered was urgent care when I was told they could help me.
- Anonymous Reviewer5 out of 5Rating 5.0July 14, 2023I always leave my appointments feeling like my medical condition(s) have been completely handled.
- Anonymous Reviewer5 out of 5Rating 5.0June 16, 2023I do not have any bad experience but on the contrary.
6. Checked it with attention. - Anonymous Reviewer5 out of 5Rating 5.0June 14, 2023The main provider and his assistant made me feel comfortable during y visit and that helps lessen my worries about myself.
- Anonymous Reviewer5 out of 5Rating 5.0June 01, 2023He provides a medical intervention for your needs. He listens and take notes during the diagnostic part of the appointment.
- Anonymous Reviewer5 out of 5Rating 5.0May 25, 2023Dr. Oregel took his time. He listened to me. I pay attention. He speaks Spanish.
- Anonymous Reviewer4.8 out of 5Rating 4.7May 23, 2023The doctor takes his time to ask - How I felt I am comfortable.
- Anonymous Reviewer5 out of 5Rating 5.0May 17, 2023This doctor was truly unique in that he was not only informative, caring and professional, but also one who emphasizes health over a preponderance of medication. He is personally into fitness, which makes it easier for him to identify with my medical needs.
- Anonymous Reviewer3 out of 5Rating 3.0May 11, 2023I still can't say why I don't have the results
- Anonymous Reviewer4.5 out of 5Rating 4.5April 18, 2023Everything is Good
- Anonymous Reviewer5 out of 5Rating 5.0April 02, 2023I always feel like I'm getting the best care and health care available.
- Anonymous Reviewer1 out of 5Rating 1.0March 06, 2023I feel that every time I go and see Dr. Oragel, he doesn't help me with my needs. For example, I have had severe wrist pain for a few months. He asked me condescending questions with a dismissive tone "Why didn't you come sooner?", "Have you taken any pain medication? Why not? Are you afraid of them? They aren't going to hurt you". I wasn't afraid of pain killers, he definitely made assumptions such as me being afraid of the word "steroid" which I wasn't, but he proceeded to mansplain. What he did leave out was whether I felt comfortable or not taking steroids and any side effects/pros or cons to this. I came with a chronic situation and he recommended pain killers. I explained to him that that doesn't solve the underlying problem long term. He repeatedly, not just In this visit, but In other visits tells me "you're young and will recovery fast, there's nothing we can do for you." I let him know that I had severe swelling In my hand as well and that I do gymnastics and weightlifting and that I was taking a break but the pain and swelling continued for months. He told me that that meant I needed to stop those activities all together and to do exercise that didn't Involve my wrists. Again, this didn't solve the Issue, and I had already explained that I was taking a multi-month break. I also asked him to give me shoe insoles because my feet were rolling inward and I've been experiencing pain as well. He looked at my feet for a short period of time and said that it was unnecessary. I explained that I was more concerned with prevention of family history situations (my mom has had tendonitus so severely that she has needed hand surgery and my mom, dad, and brother have collapsed arches In their feet which they also need Insoles for) maintenance of my body as a younger adult. He seemed very insensitive and overall dismissive of my concerns which is why I don't come in regularly such as for yearly physicals. I tried switching primaries but this office is very packed and he is the only person I can get access to. I'm in process of switching to s different optum office as well. I left the office crying and he was very awkward about it and almost didn't let me exit the room. I was In shock by his ability to be a gate keeper for certain health services in a predominantly brown community, and he withheld that from, a brown, small, female, low socioeconomic person. Based on my experiences with this provider, I do not feel that he serves people like me. I continue to be disappointed with the lack of services and care that he provides and wanted to take the time to express this to anyone willing to listen.
- Anonymous Reviewer4.8 out of 5Rating 4.7March 04, 2023Not bad
- Anonymous Reviewer5 out of 5Rating 5.0February 23, 2023Improvements in my health conditions has a lot to do with my primary doctor's concerns.

- Anonymous Reviewer4.8 out of 5Rating 4.7November 16, 2022Not bad
- Anonymous Reviewer2.2 out of 5Rating 2.2October 23, 2022Dr Oregel rushed the entire process. He was dismissive and did not seem interested to answer any of my questions. He gave me very little options when I brought up conditions I was concerned about. He never called regarding my bloodwork even though I had several results that were outside the ordinary range. I had to call my sister, who is an NP, for advice and explanations for the results. Scheduling an appt through optum, the nursing and front dest staff were all great, Dr. Oregel was not.
