For one he filled out my information as a female when im a male, then he sends me to places that aren't close by & sends the referrals to the wrong places far away from me. Like my leg place is right next door to them & he sends me to a place that i dont even go to.

A Doctor like him is hard to find. He gos on and beyond when it comes to your health. Wouldn’t know what to do if he ever left the office . Willing to follow him to where ever he goes to practice once it’s in the same state
