Apt. Was ok, but no follow through. I had to call twice about prescriptions we was going to fill. My bloodwork came back abnormal through pirtal, but still havent heard from him on what to do next.....and its been a month. Not even a call. I had to call for a referral which he said he would request. Waste of my time. I will see the PA next time, shes great! For a Dr., He needs to up his game.

My 1st visit with Dr. Perez was a pleasant experience. He took his time and was very thorough. He was very informative about treatment and answered all my questions. Things seem to move very quickly.

Have had Dr. Perez as my doctor in the past until we were moved to a geriatric dr in the same office and then we moved to optum on Semoran and I saw Dr. Gonzales, we eventually moved and I followed her to her new practice but was not at all pleased with the office staff, the distance from my home and the wait time and then I heard Dr. Perez was at Semoran and I transferred back because in my estimation he is an excellent doctor. He not only is a good doctor, he gives you comfort and is a fine Christian man. So happy to be in his care.
