She listens to you she takes time to explain she's very polite and firm overall she has done everything she can to help me

I recommended her to my father-in-law and when his advantage plan was going to drop her, he dropped them so he could keep her. I went to a different plan because I had dental needs, but I was still supposed to have Gullapalli. I found out that I didn't have Gullapalli anymore and recently switched advantage plans to get her back.
