It was my first visit and Dr. Petrov was both professional and personable; also very thorough and easy to talk to. It was a pleasant experience especially for a first visit with a new Primary Doctor. This change for me is a life changer, since the office I recently left was a disaster (good doctors) however everything was negated because of the way their office was run. No more will I mention that just thrilled to be with Optum now!

He explains everything, he follows up on every test and he is willing to give the time and attention necessary to meet the simplest of needs. Dr Petrov always conducts himself in a professional manner. He is friendly and approachable. He's patient and listens to your concerns. He NEVER has the "I'M THE DOCTOR ATTITUDE"! He shows genuine concern, gives professional advice which i followed and received excellent results. I recommend him to anyone looking for A GOOD PCP. He is wonderful!!!
