Alicia Pruitt listened well and provided useful healthcare information. She ordered bloodwork however the order was never received at TriCorp (San Mateo) where I had requested. I had to call from TriCorp to get the order faxed. My blood was drawn (3 vials) on [omitted] at TriCorps, but no results have been posted to my patient portal. This may be an Optum or a TriCorps issue.

She was very friendly, perhaps invaded my personal space a bit too much with her hand on my back and being a foot away from my face the whole time. But I think she was a genuinely kind person. However, she did not write down notes, and after several attempts to contact her after the meds she prescribed didn’t work, the dr on call i had to get ahold of informed me she never took any notes from my apt, and I had to explain everything to him. This was on a Saturday after Alicia had assured me at my apt Monday I could reach out for any issues I might have. After the on call doc did prescribe an antibiotic and meds that did work, she finally got back to me and prescribed something else that that on call doc hadn’t, I have no idea if those would’ve worked or not, but not an antibiotic which I read from the start I’d need. Thank goodness for the on call doc. 2 wks of suffering before he helped with the right treatment.

Alicia Pruitt was recommended to me by two of my closest friends! She is friendly, informative, funny and empathetic. We went over my meds and she gave me info about them that no one else had given me. Please, please, please give her a raise so we can keep her!!!

She LISTENED! We discussed my concerns and together we worked on the next steps. She is kind, patient, but the most important thing is she listened to my concerns and what I have been experiencing and gave me hope that she would work to make things better for me.
