Dr. Neelagaru is caring, kind, friendly, puts patients at ease, organized, efficient, easily communicates with patient, thorough thorough thorough, answers questions, consults with other doctors, listens, goes over lab work results, makes sure all prescriptions are updated so in a nutshell AMAZING! Optum is very lucky to have a doctor of this caliber.

I'm still getting to know her, and I don't feel that she yet knows me or my medical history and that of my daughter in the way that my previous Optum doctor (Dr. Castiglia) did. But Dr. Neelagaru seems competent and nice enough, so I would probably recommend her to someone who's looking for a primary care doctor.
