M. Boone was fine. Staff was fine. Getting appointment in a reasonable period of time was deplorable. Getting an appointment that wasn't canceled by Optum was excruciating.

She listens, she gives good advise in a very caring manner, knowing how busy practitioners are she spends time with me and doesn't make you feel she is rushed to get on with her next patient. I have not had anyone like her in years!

This was my first appt at Optum. I was assigned to Melanie, who was available with a time constraint I had with travel. She was terrific !! I will definitely schedule with her for further appts.
