I previously explained that I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes past my appointment to see Dr. McVeety. When commenting to him about this, he did not seem to disturbed about it. He indicated he had been with a patient who did not speak English, and was using Nursing Assistants to try and communicate with her. He did not seem to be concerned that I had waited 90 minutes to see him. And I don't believe that an apology was given for the lateness, as it did not seem to concern him!
