Member Portal

The FLEX Member Portal allows Personal Representative functionality. With this release a personal representative will also have access to the member’s data.

1.       Ability for a member to designate and manage one or more personal representative(s) 

2.      Ability for a personal representative to register on the FLEX portal 

3.      Ability for a personal representative to act on behalf of a member. Workflows include: view and manage all apps member consented to sharing their data

a.      Update access token expiration time frame 

b.     Revoke apps access 

Not Supported:

Minors/Guardians workflow where member does not first exist in Member Portal 

Authorization Server

1.       Ability to authenticate and authorize personal representative 

2.       Ability for FLEX to obtain consent management for the authorized member

3.       Authenticate the personal representative on the FLEX portal as well as from a 3rd party app

4.       Ability for a personal representative to give consent to 3rd party apps on behalf of a member
