Third-party Vendor Portal
• Message indicating Interoperability documentation links, support links and Secure messaging links have been added to landing page as well as Third-party Vendor Portal page.
• A new page called Support has been created within vendor portal that allows users of the portal to submit support requests via a form as opposed to emailing issues to flexvendorsupport@optum.com.
• A new page called Secure messaging has been created to help vendors understand how to register with ECG quick connect to share any information with the support team that includes PHI or PII.
• Enhanced 3rd party vendor portal to allow vendors to complete annual organization and application re-attestations. This feature also included timed reminders for all vendor portal users
• The vendor portal dashboard was enhanced to give vendors a view into upcoming re-attestations in the next 30 days and any notifications via comments from the 3rd party applications support team
• Organization and application registration forms have been enhanced to capture additional information and add to ease of use
• Terms and condition language has been updated
Operations Admin Portal
• Dashboard and filtering enhancements to support usability and user experience
• Added ability for Admin users to view historical changes for any organization and application
• The Admin portal dashboard was enhanced to give 3rd party application support users a view of any notifications via comments from the 3rd party vendors
• Added feature to all Admin users to track upcoming re-attestations that are due for 3rd party vendors
