She was locked out of the portal to view my MRI results, which was the reason for my visit. She was lovely, asked good questions, and answered mine. She also informed me of the switch from Follow my Health to the new portal. That is huge. I'm looking to leave NWP as a resullt of Optum. Very dissatisfied. And I love my PA. I'll be sad to leave her.
