My experience with Dr. Vandeburg was top tier. The level of attention, time and the honest assessment and knowledge gained was exceptional. His knowledge of care for ethnicities outside of his own and his ability to connect with his patience is rare, unique and valued.

See original notes, but Dr. Vandeberg is awesome! He really listens, lets you feel heard and goes over all the options with you to make an informed decision. He doesn’t seem annoyed by asking questions and genuinely seems to care about his patients. I was nervous when my daughter’s original pediatrician retired and Dr. Vandeberg took over, but he has been wonderful and I am glad he is with Optum!

I considered giving him a zero because I don't want to book up his schedule - we don't want to share Dr V! He deserves a 100/10 rating. My kids love him, he makes the appointment enjoyable for the kids, and he's so kind to everyone.

We love Dr. Vandeberg. He not only interacts and remembers things about the kids but he asks about us as well. He’s kind, friendly, listens to us and gives helpful recommendations. He never makes us feel like our questions are silly. He’s great!

He listens to all my concerns for my children. He answers all questions thoroughly, and never makes me feel dumb for asking. He does thorough exams. He is the only pediatrician I have seen with my children who has mentioned the importance of healthy eating for children.

I have never met a doctor who listens as well as Dr. Vandeberg. He takes all of my concerns seriously. He is extremely intelligent and thinks outside the box. He has great advice for lifestyle and dietary changes. He is personable and caring. I think he is probably the best doctor I have ever interacted with. I don’t often trust doctors but I really trust and respect him.

He is friendly, he listens, he doesn’t judge. He presented different solutions to us based on our preferences and didn’t pressure us into anything. I appreciate that did he not blow off my sons behavioral problems as most have done before.
