    Because I have not been able to get my test results (16 days after test completion) despite several messages. The results have not been uploaded in the patient portal yet either (other providers, i.e. UCHealth upload results to their patient portal).

    He did not fill the medication he promised I was unable to get that medication filled for several days even though I called and I used the portal to contact him and then the staff lied to me about him not being available even though he was in the same building for the rest of the week
