If you send her an email about questions, updates on referrals, or about how your appointment went from a referral, she always responds in a timely manner, and if she doesn't know an answer to your question, for example, insurance questions, she will send it to the right department so you can get your answer. She is always friendly, respectful, and has a positive attitude. She is a great NP!!!

As in earlier comment, I am still waiting for the doctor's signed orders to have an aspiration done at Penrose imaging. Christy indicated this test was recommended in a patient portal message on [omitted] and to this writing the required information has not been provided to Penrose, even after weekly and now daily requests that it be provided.

We hen I saw Christy in December, she was behind, I didn’t see her until after 5 pm. She still took the time to go through every part of medications and health problems, taking some off that weren’t applicable any longer. I did not feel rushed at all! I have been asked to change to another health provider but only because of Christy would I not leave.

Ms. Nelms is such an awesome provider. I see her every 3 months for med reviews. She is so knowledge, she is very interested in my care. She always has plans for what is next. She is extremely knowledgeable in medicine. And very helpful if I need something. She is the best provider you have there and I hope she stays forever. She is the best.
