She already has too many patients and I think her assistants may be overwhelmed with the amount of work to manage causing confusion and missing the amount of time it takes them to respond.

I like Dr. Baker very much and I feel that she listens to me. I do feel like she's more problem-focused and I would be interested in a more holistic/comprehensive approach. But I don't know how much of that is her approach vs. lack of time.
