He was SO LATE coming into the exam room. I’ve never had issues like that with anyone else there. He didn’t even apologize and it was like 15-20 after appt time. I told him my concern and he didn’t even touch my son to examine him properly. He looked over my shoulders as I changed his diaper so he could just look. And then said diaper rash and sent me home. Had to go back in the very next morning as it was worse and thankfully saw his regular pediatrician and she got him on antibiotics after doing a real exam and walking and talking me through everything she was checking for and her observations etc… he did zero of that. None. I left feeling ignored, prioritized, unheard, and not cared about.

He is very thorough, friendly and professional. He always takes his time going over any of our concerns and answering any questions related to our children's health. He is also very knowledgeable and has always steered us in the right direction for referrals, etc.
