I don’t feel I had a thorough annual physical with Heidi this year. The PA spent more time and seemed more concerned with my health than Heidi. She did not perform any physical exams (ie breast exam, reflex, abdominal check, mouth and throat) during my physical. I feel my annual physical is very important and should have had more attention paid to my health by a health professional. I felt Heidi just took the time to get all of the questions on her form completed and was not really concerned with how I am doing regarding my health.

I think that Heidi has a wonderful personality that brings a high level of professionalism in close tandem with a very approachable style that helps to foster a relaxed yet professional feel to every visit. Heidi's knowledge and her wonderful ability to express medical concerns, advice and data in an understandable way makes each visit as enjoyable as possible (knowing that some visits can be, by their very nature, stressful).
