I wish to preface my subsequent statements and beliefs. I was a patient in another NewWest practice until that Doctor chose to retire. His practice was transferred/acquired(??) by Dr, Berry Sudland's practice. I had no previous experiences with Dr. Sundland's practice or any of the administrative staff, medical technicians, nurses or others in his practice, either on a professional or personal basis. If I could rate her higher than 10, I certainly would. The very first (and then subsequent visits) with her was very comfortable, a sense more like family than "medical professional-patient' and that was very comforting. Her expressed knowledge and ability to convert medical terms and conditions into understandable layman/patient terms was laudable and greatly appreciated. She was quite vigilant and responsive to online communications and was obviously very accepting and knowledgeable regarding evolving technology in the industry. I have 110% faith and belief in her medical knowledge, communications and care. While fully understanding her desire to pull back from professional practice at NewWest and devote her time to her children, I would wholeheartedly and fully recommend her to any practice in the future -- hopefully back to NewWest. I consider my experiences with Nurse Jennifer incredibly warm, personable, enlightening, educational and most importantly instructing and supporting me to better health. The Dr. Barry Sundland practice and NewWest Physicians has lost an incredible asset, one that is a treasure in the profession, certainly from a patient's perspective.

She was patient and considerate, worked with me to schedule logical follow ups with specialists, and provided immediate care by prescribing medication.

Her attention to detail. During the exam she let me know the results she incurred. She also made sure of my medications, what I might need to do in the near future, and asked and answered all of my questions.

She literally said to me while I was in mid sentence the appts are only 20 minutes and they over booked me and I have to leave and pick up my kids from daycare

This was my first time seeing Jennifer. Everything was great, This was a 6-month check up mainly for blood work results. Hopefully at my yearly check up, more things will be checked on besides blood work results.
