She’s friendly, listens to the patient and doesn’t rush you out of there like in some other places. I’ve seen her twice only but she seems very knowledgeable, a doctor I can trust.

Dr. Coleman was not prepared for my visitor or what my appointment was about. Did not have report from lab to discuss what the next steps were for treatment. I was told by her assistant that another test would be ordered but I have yet to hear that her office ordered lab work.

Dr. Coleman seemed very stressed and rushed and introduced herself today as if I were a new patient. I had seen her before at least once or twice. It was [omitted] and I was assured that the lab would be open, although it was not and I had to return on the [omitted] to do bloodwork. She seemed stressed about that too. I had some concerns that I needed to talk to her about and had to stop her from leaving in order to address those concerns. Everyone has an off day, but I only have one annual appointment and expect it to go a little differently. I’m not sure what I will do next year.

This was to be a physical. She had not reviewed my previous medical records. Never performed an exam…never touched me, listened to my heart, ears, etc. ordered the incorrect bloodwork and ordered several referrals that were incorrect.
