He listened to questions and concerns. My only issue I had was a needed prescription wasn’t issued the date of the visit. I had to contact the OPTUM office three separate times to request that the prescription be submitted.

Bob is knowledgeable, compassionate, & thorough. My husband & I have both received excellent care in the office & he’s extremely quick in response to chart correspondence.

I had an appt with Bob and discussed getting a refill for a medication and he dropped the ball in getting it to the pharmacy.. I called several times to the office and the staff said they would geive him the message. Still not done. I finally had to again and have them turn it over to Dr. Roberts so she could get it refilled and it happened. They have a new computer system and are still learning it but at the expense of the patient.
